Create your shipment to us here.

     1.) Please fill out our mail-in repair form.

     2.) You will receive an email with the attached repair order.
     Please check your data. Print it out and sign it.

     3.) Send the device to us together with the order in sturdy packaging.
     
     4.) Note that we ALWAYS reply to repair requests,
     if you haven't received a reply, check your junk/spam folder.
