            If the repair is refused or not possible, you have the following options:

            1. Dispose of the graphics card at no cost to you.
            2. Pay a diagnostic fee of $50, which includes free return shipping.

            If the repair is not possible or refused, the graphics card will be reassembled.
            The PCB will be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, and no new thermal pads and paste will be applied.
            At the customer's request, the non-functional parts that were removed during diagnosis
            will be sent back in the plastic packaging along with the graphics card.
